Will provide order fulfillment leadership, responsible for Order Entry, Order Fulfillment (Domestic & Export Shipping), and Distributor Returns.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Maintains a safe work environment
  • Establishes metrics, monitors progress, and coaches employees to obtain desired results
  • Addresses customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner (as they pertain to order entry, shipping, and returns)
  • Responsible for Aftermarket orders entered and their punctual shipments
  • Supports other Aftermarket Supervisors in achieving goals and tasks
  • Maintains up-to-date list of unfilled/incomplete orders with anticipated fulfillment dates
  • Supports Team Leaders when they are filling in for absent Team Members
  • Leads and contributes to projects as assigned
  • Maintains time and attendance in Kronos
  • Verifies procedures are up-to-date and employees have been trained to established procedures
  • Cross-trains employees and creates balanced workloads


Supervisory Responsibilities

Directly supervises 15-20 employees in the Warehouse Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; or 4 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior experience supervisory experience preferred. 
  • Prior experience in Customer Service and/or Shipping preferred.
