When - May 16th-19th (PFH Employees must attend on their NON-SCHEDULED workday.)

6:00am - 10:30am or 11:00am - 3:00pm

Plant Employees can come before or after their scheduled hearing evaluation. Fasting IS recommended for accurate lab results, so it is better to go early. 

Where- HR Training Room (please note this is not the Upstairs Training Room, the HR Training Room is located inside of the HR Department) 

Things to remember:

- Fasting safely for 8 to 10 hours is best to ensure accurate results.

- You may drink one cup of black coffee (no food) and plenty of water.

- Take your prescription medication as directed by your physician.

- Snacks are available when finished. 

Additional Services Offered During Screening:

- Vitamin B12 Injections ($15 cash or credit)

- Respirator Questionnaire (if required)

- Hepatitis B vaccines (if necessary)
