   - We are introducing TextCare as a new telemedicine option, which will replace Teledoc. TextCare offers convenient access to healthcare professionals via text messaging, providing you with quick and efficient medical assistance whenever you need it.

3. **Vision Care Enhancement with VSP:**

   - We are excited to announce the addition of Vision Care through VSP. This enhancement aims to provide you with comprehensive vision coverage, ensuring your eye health and visual needs are well taken care of. Please note that the vision rider through BSBC will no longer be available.

4. **New Benefits:**

   - We are delighted to introduce two new benefits:

     - **Flexible Spending Account (FSA):** This account allows you to set aside pre-tax funds for eligible medical expenses, providing you with greater flexibility and potential savings on healthcare costs.

     - **Dependent Care Spending Account:** This account enables you to save pre-tax dollars to cover eligible dependent care expenses, such as childcare or eldercare services.

5. **Life Insurance Renewal and Open Enrollment:**

   - We will be renewing our life insurance policy, and as part of this process, we are offering a true open enrollment period. During this time, you have the opportunity to elect or increase your life insurance benefits within the guaranteed issue amounts. This ensures that you can tailor your coverage to meet your evolving needs and provide financial security for your loved ones.
