Medical and Prescription ID Cards
As stated in previous communications, due to our prescription benefits moving to Veracity Rx, you will be receiving a new BCBS card for your medical benefits and a separate card from Veracity Rx for your prescriptions.
Your BCBS medical card and Veracity Rx prescription cards should arrive in the mail in the next two weeks.
Please share your new Veracity Rx ID card with your pharmacy when you receive it, and let your pharmacy know that your new prescription card will cover your prescriptions after 4/1.
