Training will occur on Plant Floor Hourly (PFH) off-shift days.
- Managerial and Supervisory employees will attend four sessions covering manager space, employee space, timekeeping, and safety. Each of these sessions will last approximately 4 hours.
- Team Leaders will attend two sessions: one 8-hour session for Employee space within Human Capital Management & Safety Training, with a break in-between for lunch, and one separate 4-hour session for new limited timekeeping responsibilities in the new software.
- PFH employees with no managerial responsibilities will attend one 8-hour session covering employee space within Human Capital Management & Safety Training, with a break in between for lunch.
- Administrative Employees will attend HCM training only and not Safety Training (this will occur during regular scheduled work hours.)
