We are currently selecting for the Frontline Leadership Academy (Cohort 3), running from January – June 2023. Any new leader, emerging leader, or high potential for a leadership position in any department is eligible.

If you are interested in enrolling or have an employee who reports that you would like to enroll, please fill out this form by 5 pm Sunday, January 8th.

Important Details:

- This training is designed to help new or emerging leaders or high potentials for future leadership positions transition to the first leadership position.

- Part of the class includes the opportunity to develop a project pitch to upper-level management and implement the project if approved.  

- Training will be conducted on scheduled days off for the shift. One training group for each production shift.

- For an employee on the blue/white schedule, this would mean coming in on an off day 1x per month.

- Employees working the M-F schedule attending the class will be assigned to one shift group, but classes will always be scheduled on a weekday.

- For a M-F employee, this means staying caught up on work you miss while you are in the class 1x per month.

- Other assignments, such as applying what you learned in class to a real-world situation, may be given out between classes.

- Once enrolled, attendance is mandatory. Participants need to be able to commit to attending all the dates of the training. Participants may be dropped from the Academy if they miss a training day.

This is not a lecture-style program. Classes are interactive, and employees are expected to participate.
