Miller Industries has partnered again successfully with Catalyst North Training to create and facilitate another excellent training course. The Frontline Leadership Academy upskills our workforce's current and future leaders, providing them with leadership and soft skills to prepare our workforce for the future.
Cohort 1 of Frontline Leadership Academy graduated this week after completing six 8-hour sessions of training over the last six months.
Throughout the course, graduates prepared to pitch an idea that would improve the organization in some way. They presented their capstone projects successfully to senior leadership on July 18th.
Frontline Leadership Academy is focused on preparing new, emerging, and high-potential leaders. Graduates of the course learn: how to shift from being an individual contributor to a leader of people, how to develop Leadership habits, a Growth Mindset, keys to communication, coaching and motivating others, Emotional Intelligence, & holding others accountable.
