Your total compensation consists of more than just your cash compensation, including your base salary, bonus, and overtime (where applicable). Miller Industries also contributes money toward your benefits, such as 401k matching, Medical, Dental, Life, and Disability insurance.
This statement will outline the total income opportunity and benefits provided to you by Miller Industries and the cost of those benefits. Please note that if you were hired in 2022, the amounts reported do not reflect an entire year, but are based upon your date of hire.
